Mr. Stephen Dodgion currently serves as the Superintendent of the Lawrence County Vocational School District. His 33-year career with the district has also included leadership roles as: Assistant Superintendent Adult Education, Director Adult Education and Adult Placement Coordinator. Mr. Dodgion also worked at Shawnee State College, the Rock Hill School District, and has sold real estate and securities in the private sector of business.

Mr. Dodgion is committed to service to numerous local, state, and national organizations including: Project Lead the Way National Advisory Board, National Association for Career Technical Education, American Society of Curriculum Development, American Society of Training & Development, Ohio Board of Regents, Perkins Steering Committee, KnowledgeWorks Foundation, Ohio Association Joint Vocational School, Association for Career Technical Education Adult Education, Ohio Career Technical Education Leadership Institute, Ohio State Department of Education, Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce, Southern Consortium Tech Prep Advisory Board, and Lawrence County JVS Teacher.

Mr. Dodgion received his Master of Science in Education from Morehead University. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Education at the Ohio University and attended Shawnee State College and the Ohio University for graduate studies.
